'Roger' 2023 Rondo Col Fondo
Grapes from Hampshire, UK
Wine fully made in London, UK
What's the wine like?
Cherries, blackcurrants and sloe berries - the first time we've made this wine!
It's a super deep, blackcurranty, unusual wonderland of a wine. Soft and lovely but given it's been made like a red and fermented in bottle (without being disgorged) it is fizzy but loses it's fizz quicker than most wines - very unusual - in a clear bottle so you can see the dark purpleness!
An unusual, dark and tantalizing red English sparkler. Just be careful Roger stains!
'Esi' 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé
Grapes from Herefordshire, UK
What’s the wine like?
She’s a very unique wine is, old (well young) Esi. Don’t expect big bad Cab Sav tannins or developed deep red vibes as Esi is sherbety, with aromas of nectarines and rhubarb. She’s complex and textured and was aged in old French oak barrels, so expect a lick of oak… She’s English so expect slightly higher acid than you’d think and she’s got a touch of herbaceousness to her.
There is an ‘Esi’ Film?
The amazing Victor Frankowski made a short film on the making of ‘Esi’ - take a look below…

'Sara' 2023 Barrel Fermented Chardonnay
Grapes from Essex, England
What's the wine like?
Salty, mineral, and lemon peel-y with a unique and differentiating English twang. Some straw, spice and nut notes complete the aromatic framework of this wine. The cooler climate and winemaking touches have matched the English acidity with a creamy oak texture.
Note: These wines, like all our wines, are vegan friendly. They are made without the use of animal based winemaking products.
