Renegade Run Club

Come along and join us for a social run and maybe a glass of wine or two.

We’ll be leaving at 7pm from the Renegade Urban Winery in E17. Arrive between 6.45-6.55pm to make sure you don’t get left behind.

We’ll run around 5k but will see if there is appetite for more on future jaunts. Roughly 6-6.30km pace, nice and steady.

Bag drop available.

We’ll be running on the first and third Thursday of the month.

17th Apr, 1st May, 15th May, 5th June, 19th June etc

Head torches advisable as we often run along the canal path

£5 wines post-run for all runners, all evening, or if you prefer a pint you can enjoy one at Happy Hour prices.
