What's the wine like?
A light bodied aromatic red with lovely freshness. Strawberries, cherries and vanilla with some spicy notes. This wine is delicate and elegant with long finish.
So how was Susana made?
The grapes were destemmed and fermented on the skins for 8 days until all the sugars were consumed. The wine was then gently pressed, went through malolactic and aged in old french oak for 18 months before being bottled after a light filtration.

Susana (43) is a lovely Spaniard who lives in north London and works as a performance director.
