A night of candlelit drinking and dining set between the winemaking tanks and barrels with Simon Shand (Recently Head Chef of Michelin Starred Leroy, Shoreditch)

Bar opens at 5pm / 7.30pm start

Grilled Cornish squid

Steamed Cornish mussels in white wine and blood orange juice

Smoked cod brandade with confit garlic, lemon and olive oil

Green Jerusalem artichoke and green apple salad

Warm baguette with aioli

Served with a glass of Ewa - 2023 Pinot Blanc

Slow cooked Lake District farm beef shin, red wine jus

(or Hake fillet as a pescatarian option – order in advance)

Saffron and Parmesan risotto ‘Milanese’ with parsley and caper gremolata

Roasted butternut squash with toasted seeds

Bitter leaf salad

Served with a glass of Lynne - 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon 

Baked vanilla cream with caramelised honey, preserved blackberries

Served with a glass of Halfpenny Green 2022 Late Harvest Dessert Wine
