The fruitiness from the Spanish Cab Sauv and the acidity and elegance from the German Pinot Noir come together as a beautifully balanced, smooth and fruity summer sizzler. Lots of Strawberry laces, raspberry and rhubarb. A match made in Heaven.

The German grapes were 100% whole bunch pressed and transferred to stainless steel tanks, where it was inoculated with a yeast strain. After fermentation it went through full malolactic fermentation. The Spanish grapes were destemmed and macerated for 1 day before being bled off the grapes using Saignee method. It was inoculated with a yeast strain and fermented in stainless steel, after which it went through full malolactic fermentation. The two wines were then blended together (50%-50%) and aged in stainless steel. It was filtered prior to bottling.
