What’s the wine like?

Crystal’s a really fun one, packed with flavour and good vibes. Rhubarb and strawberries on the nose with a slight minerality on the palate and some thirst-quenching grapefruit notes that compliment the wine’s fruity, creamy style. Fruity but still dry, this wine has it all. Take this wine to the park on a summer’s day, celebrate spring with some pink fizz, or use it to brighten up a winter’s day—this wine’s great for any day!

So how was Crystal made?

The grapes were 100% whole bunch pressed and transferred to a stainless steel, pressurised tank, where it started fermenting wild (aka by natural yeasts). It was bottled mid-ferment. No additions of yeast, sugar or sulphites were made, and no fining or filtration was applied. This wine is undisgorged.

Who is Crystal?

She was a student from KL, Malaysia, studying fashion and living in Aldgate East when we first made her in 2018. Now she's in KL helping with her family business. Ask her about it. :)
