Super ripe, scorchio fruit from Puglia in Southern Italy make this a crazy fruity, jammy, approachable number. It sticks to the glass like Ribena and is a fresh, young, easy drinking number. Over recent months, it is a little more herby and complex. Bottle ageing well.
It was manually destemmed, fermented naturally on skins and pressed off into 2ndary French Oak for 8 months. Very low intervention, micro-sulphured. Veggie and Vegan.
